A web-based, free-of-charge portal for our clients, that functions as a small data room: In the relevant directory, arranged clearly, you will find all documents, data and photographs that have been prepared or received in the course of the project.

With the „Performance Grid“ you instantly obtain an overview on the development of the primary key data of your real estate portfolio: its basis is constructed by a monthly abstract of the master data and the transaction data of the administration.

You determine to whom access to your project on the ASA Pier is given, and which subdirectories they are allowed to view.

We undertake the user administration on your behalf.
